Do you ship to other countries?
Yes, please change the country upon checkout. Please note our shop will not be responsible for the delay on release of items from Buyer's country customs due to unpaid taxes or country requirements.
UPDATE: This is temporarily suspended. Shipping only in the Philippines.
How to order?
You can place an order in our website (www.blankettalesph.com) or send us a message via Facebook (fb.com/blankettales) or Instagram account (@blankettales).
To order via Facebook or Instagram, please send the following:
· Name
· Contact No.
· Complete Shipping Address
· Mode of Payment (BPI, BDO, Gcash, COD)
· Date of Payment
· Order (send product photo and quantity)
We will reply to you after checking availability of your order.
What are the available sizes?
We have sizes for Adults, Kids, and Babies. Please check the Product info of each item to see its approximate dimensions.
MERMAID BLANKETS
Adults: 180cm x 90cm (Ideal for 10 yrs or older)
Kids: 140cm x 70cm (Ideal for 4-9 yrs old)
Babies: 90cm x 50cm (Ideal for 1-3 yrs old)
Do you allow reservation?
No. It's first come, first served basis.
How do I pay you?
We accept bank transfers (BPI or BDO), Gcash, and Credit card via Paypal.
For bank transfers and Gcash, this is applicable if you place order via Facebook or Instagram. Please send us the proof of payment (photo of deposit slip/ screenshot of mobile transfer) indicating your order number.
For credit card/Paypal via website, we will be automatically notified of your payment and will send you an email confirmation that the order is being processed. You can message us to follow up by providing your order number.
For cash on delivery (COD), please ensure payment is ready upon courrier's arrival.
Do you have same day delivery?
Yes, but this is only applicable to Metro Manila/NCR delivery areas. We will use Grabexpress or Lalamove. Please note Buyer shoulders booking and/or COD fees charged by them. Buyer can choose to book on their own, or we book for you. Let us know what you prefer.
How soon can I get my order?
Order will be shipped within 24 hours after we confirm your payment . Kindly expect arrival of items within 1-3 days for Metro Manila/NCR area while 2-5 days for provincial. This is subject to change depending on courier operations.
For COD, we use LBC Express so kindly check https://www.lbcexpress.com/track/ on their delivery lead-time. For non-COD, we use JRS Express so please check https://www.jrs-express.com/tracking/.
We don't have control on couriers' operations so please expect possible delay in case of lockdown due to COVID. Nevertheless, your order can be tracked online. We will give you the tracking details once shipped.
Do you accept customized orders?
Not yet. Will keep you posted!
How should I wash my blankets?
This can be machine washed or hand washed. Do not bleach. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not tumble dry.
What is your return policy?
We don't allow return and exchange unless it's a same day delivery and Buyer notifies us of the damage within an hour after arrival of product. We take pride on the quality of our product and items undergo thorough quality check.
